In the Solution Defining Meeting, the DORIS team presents the solution criteria to leadership and facilitates them through identifying their first next steps following the project.

DORIS meets with leaders to determine goals for the project and sets priorities for what leaders want to learn from research.

The Scoping Document summarizes the Alignment Meeting and provides the client with a roadmap for how DORIS might support the organization in their goals. 

All DORIS team members should be capable of creating a document from a template and copying text over from another source.

Advanced InDesign skills may be required for this phase.

Initial tracing can take place as soon as floor plans are received from the client

Data points can be added as soon as they are confirmed in Vantage Space (usually the day a usability study begins)

Occupancy and behavioral data can be included once usability data analysis is completed
