Prepare agenda and materials for meeting

  • The project lead creates the protocol (agenda) for the meeting.
  • The protocol can be created as soon as the first project team meeting is complete.
  • The protocol is stored as a Doc in the project's Drive, in the Project Launch subfolder

The project lead creates the materials for the meeting.
The materials can be created as soon as the protocol is complete. Print and pack everything needed for Project Alignment if the meeting is in person. Confirm how many people are attending the meeting, ensuring there is enough for everyone.
The material files are stored in the project's Box folder in the Project Launch subfolder.
