Prepare agenda and materials for meeting

Purpose

To introduce DORIS to a prospective client +  gain knowledge about what leadership already knows, want to knows about the  organization and establish Research Questions.

Project Lead, Office Manager, Ops Manager

Interdependencies

  • The meeting has been scheduled.
Directions

The project lead creates the materials for the meeting.
The materials can be created as soon as the protocol is complete. Print and pack everything needed for Project Alignment if the meeting is in person. Confirm how many people are attending the meeting, ensuring there is enough for everyone.
The material files are stored in the project's Box folder in the Project Launch subfolder.

Post-its (Enough for each participant to have 2 pads at the minimum, Usually 2 colors)

Tech for presentation set up (dongle)
