Purpose

To introduce how DORIS works to a prospective client, see how DORIS might help the organization meet its goals, and gain clarity about what leadership already knows and wants to know about the organization in order to create a sales proposal.

Directions

The project lead creates the materials for the meeting.
The materials can be created as soon as the protocol is complete. Print and pack everything needed for Project Alignment if the meeting is in person. Confirm how many people are attending the meeting, ensuring there is enough for everyone.
The material files are stored in the project's Box folder in the Project Launch subfolder.
