Build survey protocol into Qualtrics

Purpose

Quant data collection requires inputting the survey questions into Qualtrics.

Directions
Creating the Survey + Changing the Display Name
  1. Under
      the current year's folder. Hit the blue New Survey button 
    1. SignName it the year and project name + hit Create Survey.
    2. Begin adding questions from the protocol. For the intro and any standard protocol questions, go to Question Library under Workspace, select the project you want to pull it from (e.g., Standard Survey) and select the box next to the ones you want to add. 
    3. For all questions, make sure they match the approved format (e.g., comment box, select one, select many, etc.) 
    4. Add any logic indicated in the protocol. 
    5. After inputting all the questions, go to Preview mode to ensure it is error-free + any display logic is performing correctly. 
    6. After making any corrections, click the link in the upper right hand corner of the page. This is the Open Link. Copy/paste it into the maria@dorisresearch.com Qualtrics account.  
    7. Once signed in, click See all projects in left menu bar. 
    8. Under Your Folders on left side, select DORIS templates. 
    9. Click the three dot menu on the far left of 23 Standard DORIS Survey + click Copy Project
    10. Edit the pop-up menu
      a. Copy to: Account
      b. Project Name:Charter yearand projectProject nameOverview Survey (ex. 23 ITCC Systems Office Survey)
      c. Folder: Current year 
    11. Navigate to current year folder + click on the newly created survey. 
    12. Oncedoc in the survey,project's clickInterviewer Packet on SurveyGoogle FlowDrive onand left side

      b. Embedded data should include RecipientFirstName, RecipientLast Name, Department, Job Level, Role
    14. Go to Survey options, change the Display Name to DORIS + Project Name Survey, click on Builder to return to the survey 
    Packet.
