Building and Editing Interview Content

Purpose

To ensure the interview is error-free and the display logic works correctly (if applicable)

Interdependencies

• The interview protocol has been programmedgate-checked. intoProject QuestionPro.Strategist or VP of Ops will inform Data Analyst/Research Associate it's gated + ready to build. 

Directions

1. *****PutUnder the current year's folder. Hit the blue New Survey button 
2. Name it the year and project name + hit Create Survey.
3. Begin adding questions from the protocol. For the intro and any standard protocol questions, go to Question Library under Workspace, select the project you want to pull it from (e.g., Standard Survey) and select the box next to the ones you want to add. 
4. For all questions, make sure they match the approved format (e.g., comment box, select one, select many, etc.) 
5. Add any logic indicated in QPthe directionsprotocol. 
6. After inputting all the questions, go to Preview mode to ensure it is error-free + any display logic is performing correctly. 
7. After making any corrections, click the link in the upper right hand corner of the page. This is the Open Link. Copy/paste it into the Project Charter and Project Overview doc in the project's Interviewer Packet on Google Drive and 
   1. Interviewer Packet is a subfolder in 3 - Challenge Seeking in any project.
8. Inform the Ops Manager the protocol is entered + the link is in the Charter + Interviewer Packet.
