Create interview links + add to the Participant List

Purpose

Create a personalized link for each participant so their variables are embedded in the survey, making it look more personal for the participant and so we do not have to enter variables on the backend during data analysis. 

Responsible Party

Research Associate, Data Analyst, Ops Manager or Data Analyst

Interdependencies

• The interview has been programmed into QualtricsQuestion Pro and has been checked. 

Directions

1. NavigateGo to "Distributions" in the projectsurvey/interview survey-> inDistribute Qulatrics. 
2. Select "Personalized Links"->  
3. Download the exceltemplate Excel.cvs sheet
4. Copy the links tofrom the Participant List to the downloaded template  
   
5. Ensure the column data matches to the header. (e.g., Last names are in the Last Name column)
