Create interview links + add to the Participant List

Purpose

1. Create a personalized link for each participant so their variables are embedded in the survey, making it look more personal for the participant and so we do not have to enter variables on the backend during data analysis.
2. The DORIS interviewer will know they have the correct interview pulled up (if the name on the interview doesn't match, then they know they opened the wrong one.

Interdependencies

• The surveyinterview has been programmed into QualtricsQuestion Pro and has been checked. 

Directions

1. NavigateGo to "Distributions" in the projectsurvey/interview survey-> inDistribute Qulatrics.->
2. Select "Personalized Links"Lists 
3. Download the exceltemplate Excel.cvs sheet
4. Copy the links tofrom the Participant List to the downloaded template  
   
5. Ensure the column data matches to the header. (e.g., Last names are in the Last Name column)  

Once it's been uploaded, you will need to download the personalized links from QP and add them to the Participant list.  

1. Go to distributions -> lists
2. Click the 3 dot menu and then select "Export Batch" 
3. Download the .csv file.
4. Copy the names, email, and unique links 
5. Create a new sheet in the Participant list on Google drive. Name it "QP links drop" or something similar) 
6. Paste.  
7. Change column from "Survey URL" to "interview links" if it isn't a survey. 
8. Inform the Ops Manager the personalized links are in the project's Participant List.
