Allows participants to access the survey

Interdependencies

The survey has been programmed + edited in Qualtrics and the individual links have been created and added to the participant list. 

Directions

Example:

1. Navigate to the project's survey in Qualtrics and click the blue "Publish" button on the top right side. 
   1. Note: if the button is grayed out, the survey is already published
