The decision has been made if the survey is going to the entire organization or just to selected participants.

1. SendThe Data Analyst uses the surveytemplate viaemail Googlelanguage Mailmergeand updates with personalizedproject linksspecifics to(organization name, purpose of the participantproject, listdates, Calendly links, etc.)

Data

TheAnalyst entiresends organization 

Send the survey link and ampleemail text to the organization'sPvroject Lead for edits/approval.  Make necessary edits.  Data Analyst sends to Ops Logistics Manager to forward to client liaison for themapproval.  If there is liaison feedback, Data Analyst makes necessary edits. Send the email to disseminateparticipants internally.using Google mailmerge.

The Data Analyst uses the template email language and updates with project specifics (organization name, purpose of the project, dates, Calendly links, etc.) Data Analyst sends email text to the Pvroject Lead for edits/approval.  Make necessary edits.  Data Analyst sends to Ops Logistics Manager to forward to client liaison for approval.  If there is liaison feedback, Data Analyst makes necessary edits.
The Ops Manager sends a corrected email to the liaison and ensures they send it.
