Create materials for the CD meeting

Support leaders' prioritization of challenges.

The Challenge Defining document has been finalized and approved, and meeting logistics have been confirmed. 

Directions

1. Meet with the VP of Operations and/or other engaged members of the research team and determine the best method to facilitate leaders through identifying challenges to send to Solution Seeking. Commonly used methods include:
   • Matrix - urgency/information, impact/effort
   • Ranking
2. Regardless of the method used, provide leaders with a summary of the items they are comparing (which is often already in the deliverable) and instructions on how to participate.
