MAXQDA Analysis (Qual)
Purpose
The purpose of qualitative analysis in a DORIS research project is to identifyIdentify themes and patterns in experience through organizing, coding, sorting, and sorting/filtering data from stakeholderchallenge-seeking interviews.methods. MAXQDA is used for analysis in projects with more than 25 participants and/or when the differences between participant types are complex.

Mid-analysis Checkpoint

Lead downloads all analyzer data into the master project and merges like subcodes beneath each question code.

Analyzers and Lead discuss emerging themes. A theme is considered saturated it is mentioned in 10% of more of the documents.

Lead creates a QTT worksheet for each theme and assigns each worksheet to an analyzer
- At this time, the Lead may autocode all documents with the Workplace dictionary.

Lead uploads the project to Team Cloud and shares the worksheet assignments.
Coding, Round 2

Analyzers add relevant codes and segments to their assigned worksheets.

Summarize the insights about the worksheet topic in the Insights text box at the bottom of the sheet.
- Upload to Team Cloud by clicking Upload Project for Team Lead in the TeamCloud tab at the top of the menu.
