Solutioning Session logistics were confirmed, and the Calendly link was created. 

Directions

1. Copy/edit Solutioning Session Sign Up comm template 
2. Send to Ops Manager to send to project liaison 
   1. Ops manager sends to project liaison for approval approval.
3. Ops manager will do a check to be sure the text is applicable to the project at this stage.
4. Make necessary changes (if needed) 
5. Send emailto viathe MailmergeLiaison for distribution.
