Add Project Data to Data Warehouse

Purpose

Store historic project data in our database.

Directions
  1. Open the Research Warehouse (linked below) and the project's documents:  
    1. Research Scope / Delimitations document 
    2. Insight Report 
    3. Excel sheet with the Importance/Performance calculations  
    4. Google document (Drive) or Solutioning Sessions banners (Box) 

  2. From the Scope / Delimitations document Copy/Paste the: 
    1. Research Questions
      1. In Column B, put the Primary Question Topic 
    2. Expectations 
    3. Success  

  3. From the Excel sheet copy/paste (for full research projects, Assessments, and Calzones (as applicable):
    1. The importance/performance calculations. 
      1. If statistically underperforming, highlight the cell in light red.
      2. if overperforming, highlight the cell in light green.
      3. If statistically insignificant, leave it as it. 

  4. From the Insight Report (for full research projects) copy/paste: 
    1. Challenge Names  
      1. In Column B, put the Challenge Topic 
    2. Solution Names 
      1. In Column B, put the Solution Topic and Mode of Engagement
    3. DORIS Insights, marking in Column B or C if they were for a Challenge or Solution. In Column E, write the topic. 
  5. From the Findings Report (for Assessments or Calzones) copy/paste:
    1. If applicable, copy/paste the Research questions, expectations, and success. (not common for Assessments) 
    2.  Findings Names 
      1. In Column B, put main Findings topic
      2. In Columns C-F, indicate if it relates to the Modes of Engagement 
    3. DORIS Insights, marking in Column B or C if they were for a Challenge or Solution. In Column E, write the topic.
