Clean out and Archive Box + Drive folders

Purpose

Declutter and archive project folders in Box + Drive.

Directions
  1. For both programs, go through all the project subfolders and delete unused templates, non-final drafts, non-project-specific documents (e.g., Project Alignment banner headers), and empty folders.  
    1. In Box, delete the PDF version of docs and only keep the final Indesign document. 
  2. Once you have emptied and cleared the subfolders, move the Project Folder to the past Projects folder. 
  3. When completed, mark the task Done in Wrike.
