Directions
  1. TheConfirm Dataproject Analystwrap: usesOps alerts Office Manager that the templateproject emailhas languageconcluded.
  2. Identify recipients: Ask Ops/Sales who should receive a thank-you and updatesgift (names, roles, addresses, any preferences).
  3. Draft the note: Request a short, personalized note from the applicable Ops/Sales contact; provide a template if needed.
  4. Select gift: Choose an appropriate, branded gift within budget; confirm any client policies on gifts.
  5. Ship or drop off: Send the note and gift (include your return address). For drop-offs, coordinate timing with project specifics (organization name, purpose of the project, dates, Calendly links, etc.)
  6. Data Analyst sends email text to the Project Lead for edits/approval. 
  7. Make necessary edits. 
  8. Data Analyst sends to Ops Logistics Manager to forward to client liaison for approval. 
  9. If there is liaison feedback, Data Analyst makes necessary edits.
  10. Send email with Mailmergeclient.
