How to change the batteries in the sensors.

Lithium CR2450
1 battery per sensor

The Alarm panel will alert if a battery is low.
Call Mulhaupts to be placed “on test.” This lets the alarm company know that we are working with the sensors and emergency services will not be contacted.
They will ask for the passcode, this is not your panel PIN. Sam has this information.
Pop the panel of the sensor off. A butter knife is helpful.
Replacing the battery will make an alarm go off on the panel. You’ll need to follow the prompts on the panel. If you are “on test” this will not alert emergency responders.

Sensors + Placement

Downstairs Door
Zone 1: In the lab near the breakpanel/light switches.
The door with stairs going down to Krieg Brothers.

Upstairs Door
Zone: 2: Near the fridge, plant nursery shelf.
The door with stairs going up to the 3rd floor.

Elevator Left
Zone 3: The doors directly in front of the elevator.

Elevator Right
Zone 4: The doors directly in front of the elevator.

Main Stairs
Zone 5: The “second” door coming in from the street. The door leading to the main stairs.

Main Entry Door
Zone 6: The door from the street.
