The document outline must be complete before beginning the content document.

Draft Challenge Defining content

1. Create a new document from the Challenge Defining content template. (View on Scribe)

1. 1. Navigate to Google Drive
   2. Open the Project folder
   3. Navigate to the Challenge Defining folder
   4. Click + New > Google Docs > From a template
   5. Click "Create and Share"
   6. Choose the Challenge Defining Content Template
      

2. Follow the content outline and template format to write the document content.

Conduct Meeting with Maker, if needed

The ops manager contacts the graphic designer with outline of work and logistics. 

In the maker meeting, the research lead meets directly with the maker to go through the content and expectations for making. 

Checklist for Maker meeting prep:

• Content is written
• Figures are included as comments with a link to the file in box.
• The comments for figures includes the figures title and description
• Template is updated and ready for maker

Review + approve Challenge Defining content before making

Before content is ready for making ensure

1. It has been reviewed and approved by the Project Lead, Ops Lead, or another team member for clarity, flow, and DORISly language.
2. All items on the Preparing Documents for Making Checklist have been completed. 
3. The content has undergone a thorough review for spelling and grammar.
