Purpose

Include the new hire in EOS tools (accountability, L10s, scorecards) on Day 1.

Trigger / Interdependencies

  • Signed offer received and start date confirmed.

Directions
  1. Create user & invite

    • Admin → People Add Person → enter name, title, email.

    • Send invite; set default permissions.

  2. Accountability Chart

    • Add to the correct Seat; assign Roles/Responsibilities.

    • Update Reports To.

  3. Meetings (L10s)

    • Add to all applicable L10 meetings.

    • Confirm meeting cadence, weekday, and time zone.

  4. Scorecard / Measurables

    • Add weekly measurables with owners/targets.

    • Confirm data source and who updates it.

  5. Quarterly Conversation

    • Add to People → Quarterly Conversations with manager selected.

    • Set date window aligned to company cadence.

  6. Permissions & Notifications

    • Verify access to relevant Teams/Companies.

    • Turn on helpful notifications; disable noise.

  7. Confirm

    • Send welcome note in Ninety (or Slack) with links to their L10 and Scorecard.
