Thank you notes and/or books

At an Admin or Sales L10 identify people that should receive a thank you note and/or a book after a business development meeting.

This is different from a End of Project Thank You.

Books include a hand written note.

Books are usually hand delivered by the Office Manager

Titles and notes should be recorded in Box Tab 1.1
