About InDesign Templates

Adobe InDesign template files are pre-designed layouts. They come with placeholder text, images, and styles that can be customized to fit specific content needs. Templates streamline the design process by providing consistent and cohesive layouts, ensuring that projects maintain the DORIS brand.

Template files end in ".indt."

Navigate to the Box Templates Folder (Box/0 - Templates) and identify the appropriate template for your document. Currently, templates exist for;
- Scoping Document
- Research Delimitations Document
- Challenge Defining Document
- Insight Report
Open the template file in InDesign. This creates a new untitled document; editing this doc will not change the template file.
Save the document into the appropriate Box folder.
