To introduce how DORIS works to a prospective client, see how DORIS might help the organization meet its goals, and gain clarity about what leadership already knows and wants to know about the organization in order to create a sales proposal.

  1. Create the meeting agenda based on the Pre-Sale Project Alignment Meeting (PSAM) Agenda Template.
  2. Create the poster headers based on the Standard Headers.
  3. Make any necessary adjustments before the Alignment Meeting Dry Run.
