Ensure Ops and Sales are aligned about the goal of the meeting and establish roles.

  • The meeting materials have been prepped and created. 
Directions
  1. A member of the Ops team who did not create the protocol or materials reviews and approves all protocols and materials for the Project Alignment Meeting.
  2. The project lead makes any needed revisions before the meeting.
