Conduct Interviews - Virtually
Purpose
Virtual interview is the standard method at DORIS. These interviews should take up to 30 minutes and are scheduled back to back. A typical shift could have up to 10 interviews with two scheduled breaks built in.

Interdependencies
What has to happen before and after this task?
Example:
- The Sales Lead should have engaged with the client and vetted their fit for a project before scheduling.
- This meeting happens near the end of the sales process. After the meeting is scheduled, the Ops Team can prepare to conduct the meeting.
Directions
Before Interview:
- Open Interviewer Packet and Master list
- Log into Zoom account (as stated on the master list)
- Ensure links are working and communicate to DORIS lead if they are not
- Open the Zoom meeting for scheduled participant and open the qualtrics link (their personal link)
- Arrive for the call a few minutes early
During the Interview:
- Smile, be friendly
- Follow the qualtrics protocol
- Prompt naturally.
After Interview:
- Make sure you SAVE the survey by clicking the last arrow. You will know it is saved when you get the message, "thank you, your response has been recorded." It is now safe to close the tab.
- Track the completion of the interview by selecting the checkbox next to the participants name on the Master list
- If the interview was a NO SHOW, highlight the check box cell and make it bright red.
End of Day Checklist:

- Check for any surveys with un-recorded responses.
- Update the Master list with all new information from the day
- Completed interviews
- No Shows
- Communicate any weirdness to the Project Lead
