Confirm interview dates + create an interview schedule

The Operations Manager confirms the interview dates with the liaison and creates the interview schedule.

1. Typically, interviews take place over 2-1-3 weeks.weeks, depending on the makeup and size of the stakeholder list.
2. A single interviewer can conduct a maximum of 12 daily interviews (with breaksa 30-minute break every two hours).
3. The schedule should be set to accommodate the total number of interview participants.
   • For example, if the project seeksrequires 150 interviews, divide by 12 to interviewestimate 150the people,needed scheduledays—12.5 onedays. interviewerRounding full-up to 14 days allows for 168 interviews, adding 12% to the total time. We typically add around 10% more time forto ensure stakeholders have ample opportunity to meet with DORIS. Alternatively, we could complete the interviews in 13 days (12to interviewsstreamline perthe day * 13 days = 156 interview slots).schedule.
4. Once the interview schedule is finalized, make sureensure the Ops Logistics calendar and Project Charter reflect those dates.
