Confirm interview dates + create an interview schedule

The Operations Manager confirms the interview dates with the liaison and creates the interview schedule.

Directions

1. Typically, interviews take place over 1-3 weeks, depending on the makeup and size of the stakeholder list.
2. A single interviewer can conduct a maximum of 12 daily interviews (with a 30-minute break every two hours).
3. The schedule should be set to accommodate the total number of interview participants.
   • For example, if the project requires 150 interviews, divide by 12 to estimate the needed days—12.5 days. Rounding up to 14 days allows for 168 interviews, adding 12% to the total time. We typically add around 10% more time to ensure stakeholders have ample opportunity to meet with DORIS. Alternatively, we could complete the interviews in 13 days to streamline the schedule.
4. Once the interview schedule is finalized, ensure the Ops Logistics calendar and Project Charter reflect those dates.
