1. The Lead Project Strategist conductsfacilitates the meeting.
2. Each analyzer presents their findings from organizing the data. The group discusses common themes.
3. The group prioritizes the most important data using frequency, relevance, and abductive reasoning.
4. At the end of the meeting, askingthe questionsgroup establishes an initial interpretation of the data and promptingframework discussionthat toleads prompt full externalization and critical consideration of top challenges ininto the stakeholders'document experience and how the solutions relate.outline.
