Conduct Group Synthesis Meeting

Purpose

Synthesis is a group effort to take all the data collected and filter it through the research questions lens to identify the insights most relevant to the project.

Individual analysis and synthesis have been completed. 

Directions

1. The Lead Project Strategist facilitates the meeting.
2. Each analyzer presents their findings from organizing the data. The group discusses common themes.
3. The group prioritizes the most important data using frequency, relevance, and abductive reasoning.
4. At the end of the meeting, the group establishes an initial interpretation of the data and framework that leads into the document outline.
