The Sales Lead should have engaged with the client and vetted their fit for a project before scheduling.- This meeting

- The Ops Manager opens the Project Charter for the project and navigates to the Analysis/Synthesis section asking questions about the A/S process. Ops team members answer the questions, discussing the best methods considering any relevant information. (i.e. Overall project load, timelines, schedules/travel/PTO, etc)
- The Ops Manager transcribes the chosen methods, established timeline, and data/role delegation into the Project Charter document.
- The Ops Manager schedules the Synthesis Meeting, while everyone is there to confirm calendars.
- At the end of the
salesmeeting,process.allAfterteamthemembersmeetingareisclearscheduled,onthetheirOpsnextTeamstepscanandpreparedeadline for analysis.
