Clean out + Archive Box and Google Drive Folders 

At the project conclusion, the folders are cleared out/archived for the purpose of organization and limiting of duplicative files. Delete any folders that are empty or only contain non-project specific files (e.g., templates). 

In Box: delete earlier versions of PDF and InDesign drafts, keeping the final InDesign version and the print and interactive versions of the finalized PDFs.
