  • New hire replied to the What to Expect email with snack info (or nudge them if no reply 3+ days before start).

Directions
  1. Review preferences and note any dietary needs/allergies.

  2. Confirm budget with Ops if needed.

  3. Purchase snacks/drinks aligned to preferences (plus a simple backup option).

  4. Stage for Day 1: place a small welcome basket at their desk or hand it to them with a note from the team.

  5. Log & save receipt in the onboarding folder/tracker.
