Trigger: Thursday before usability study starts
Purpose
Alert stakeholders that we will be onsite observing how space is used.

Usability study is finalized (i.e. RA assignments, dates, locations)
Directions
Use the Usability announcement template in the link file under resources. Sometimes we will send a reminder and the template can be revised to serve as a reminder. It's important to ask the client if they think sending an announcement and a reminder will be useful.
