07 Survey Reminder (repeat as needed)

Trigger: Not everyone has taken the survey after 3 days 

Purpose

Send a reminder for stakeholders to sign up for interviews and fill in a survey.

Ops Manager (or Ops Support)

Interdependencies

Survey is active and survey invitation comm has been sent.

Directions

Customize every template for the current project. The reminder below works when the stakeholder list is the same for interviews and surveys. If the survey list differs, remove any interview references. Then send the reminder to the liaison for dissemination.

Two ways to share your input:
