DORIS met with Organization’s leadership last week to present their findings from the solution phase of the research project. From your prototypes we identified solutions concerning X, X, and X. 

What’s Next: Time for Leadership to work through how they want to address the challenges and solutions you identified. They are committed to ensuring you all have the experience you need to do your best work and are evaluating plans to address short-term versus long-term solutions.
