Phases

The DORIS process contains seven phases:

Milestones

The phases are made up of unique milestones, which include activities (such as meetings and data collection) and deliverables like the Challenging Defining document.

Tasks

Finally, within each milestone, there are tasks. Each task is a piece of work to be done or undertaken. Each task has its own page with the task's purpose, interdependencies, who is responsible for completing the task, step-by-step directions, and links to resources like templates.
