Solutioning Session Framework


A DORIS solutioning session is a collection of methods that adhere to this framework:

    1. Welcome 

    Objective: Set the tone, introduce the session, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and included.

      • Establish ground rules (e.g., respect, openness, timekeeping)

    Objective: Summarize outcomes, confirm action items, and close the session on a positive note.
