Individual Annual Planning
Purpose
This meeting is both a review of performance in the last year, holistically what was achieved and how the employee contributed to the DORIS community. It is a retrospective look back at the previous year and then a prospective planning for the following year.

Employee and supervisor should:

Employee presents three options

Supervisor asks questions

They mutually agree on one - then refine

Plan the goal and when it is good and done.
Post- Meeting
Deadline = 1 week
Supervisor

Sends formal summary to the DLT with the employee cc’d.

Request that everyone confirms receipt and employee should confirm that this is what was agreed upon in the meeting
Employee

Works out the details of the PD goal for first check-in meeting

Enters the details and milestones into Ninety.io on their team as a personal development rock
