Purpose

This should be celebratory - a thank you to the employee for their work and contribution to DORIS. From a business perspective, this should be an effort to increase retention and tenure at the organization.

Duration = 1 hour

In Person 

Potentially lunch with Sam and Tooms, as DORIS grows, this transitions from Sam and Tooms to the supervisor and VP or Director.

  • Wage increase determined by Sam and Tooman

    • Generally, includes a cost-of-living increase with merit/performance-based considerations.
