Quarterly Conversation

Purpose

An EOS meeting, where the employee does a lot of the talking. The people manager should sit in curiosity asking questions, beginning with the prompt and asking follow-up questions. The manager should have their own answers to the questions as well, but that is secondary to the direction the employee wants to take it in.

Additionally, this is a quarterly check on progress toward the goals set at the annual meeting, allowing the time to readjust where needed, then plan for the following quarter.
