Interdependencies
- The PSAM has taken place.
Directions
- Prepare the PSAM data by using the Post-It note app.
- Use the Pre-Sale Alignment Meeting Analysis Tool to organize the data.
- Access meeting notes to add additional data (generally the Project Lead will have them)
- Once the data has been organized, start writing the document.
- Use the meeting notes to write the Project Mission.
- The Meeting Recap is typically boilerplate text, with the exception of the date and organization name. Double check to ensure the template text matches with the project specifics (ex. instead of "workplace" it could be "the library")
- The Defining Success section uses the 3 words data to describe how the organization leaders describe a successful workplace.
- Use the "Sucess" data from the PSAM meeting and copy the text from their Post-Its into a bulletpoint list.
- Write the "What We Know" section intro by adding context to the boilerplate text (ex. lease changes, location considerations etc.)
- Use the "Already Know" data from the PSAM meeting and copy the texts from their Post-Its into a bulletpoint list.
- Questions + Curiosities section intro is template text.
- Using the "Want to Know" data from the SAM meeting and copy the texts from their Post-Its into a bulletpoint list that is sectioned by "Space + Resources," "People," and big picture or Other Locations as categories as needed.
