Write + make the Delimitations Document

Purpose

The Research Scope and Delimitations document outlines the boundaries of a research project. Defining this information allows the researchers to focus on gathering the most relevant data to answer the client’s questions and generate the most impactful solutions.

• The Research Questions have been written and approved.

Directions

1. Following the data that has been collected from the client leadership, compose the project's Fuzzy Situation and Definition of Success in the Research Scope and Delimitations Content Template.
2. Copy/Paste the research questions from the project charter.
3. Make the document in the Research Scope and Delimitations InDesign Template.

GATE: Have the document reviewed by DORIS leadership before sending it to the client.

4. The Ops Manager sends the document to the client liaison and gives them one week for feedback.

Please share this with your Leadership Team, read through it, and let us know if you have any comments/questions.
