Project Alignment Meeting (PAM)

Some projects begin without a PSAM (Pre-Sale Alignment Meeting). However, an Alignment Meeting is still required to set the strategy for the project. In these cases, follow these steps:

Schedule Alignment Meeting

Prepare agenda and materials for meeting

Conduct Alignment Meeting

Prepare project alignment data

Write + make the Delimitations Document
