Create Alignment Meeting Project in Ops Logistics

Purpose

Creating the project in Ops Logistics allows the Ops Team to incorporate its related tasks into their workload and provides Sales with visibility into the project's progress.

Responsible Party

Ops Manager, Project Lead.

Interdependencies

 Before the project can be created, the alignment meeting must be scheduled, and the Ops facilitator must be identified.
