Conduct individual synthesis

Purpose

To begin understanding themes in Solutioning data and how they relate back to challenges

The people responsible have started analyzing the Solutioning Session data. 

Directions

1. Synthesis must be external. Use Mural, a whiteboard, Google Docs, etc.
2. Address these questions:
   • Is there an overarching theme to people's solutions?
   • What seems like the most prominent challenge the solutions address?
   • What are some other top challenges people designed solutions for?
   • How do the solutions relate to one another?
     
   • Did we receive any solution criteria data during challenge seeking?
3. Identify fewer than 10 solution categories that emerged
