Set up Project Timeline in Ops Logistics
Purpose
A project timeline is vital for managing a project and ensuring it's completed on time. It helps everyone involved with the project understand what needs to be done when it needs to be done, and who's responsible for each step.

- The project timeline has been set.
- Roles (e.g., project lead, maker, writer, etc.) have been established.
- Ops VP and Sales have visibility to project progress via The Black Box.
Directions
- Open The Black Box and go to tab, 6.1 - Ops Timeline Summary. Link to The Black Box
- Use the Ops Logistics Project Set Up SOP to create the timeline. [Insert link to SOP]
