Hello,

We’re excited to announce a collaboration with DORIS, a human ecology research firm, to explore how we can create a hybrid work environment that feels welcoming, energizes our office, and supports your work needs. Rest assured, your responses are completely confidential—DORIS will never report on individual activities.

The research will take place in two phases:

  1. Challenge Seeking

  • What: Includes a one-on-one interview, a survey, and a space usability study.

  • Why: DORIS will analyze this data to identify key challenges and barriers in our current work environment.

  • Solution Defining

    • What: DORIS will facilitate workshops where you’ll help develop solutions to address the challenges identified in Phase 1.

    Your Next Steps

    • When: Date/Time

    • Where: Location

  • Sign Up for an Interview:

    Why Your Input Matters

Your insights will influence future space and policy decisions, helping us build an environment that supports you and your work.

    About the Usability Study

No action is required from you for this part of the research. From Date to date, a DORIS researcher (name) will walk through the office to observe workspace, break room, and conference room use.

    Here’s what will be observed:

    • How many people are in various spaces (e.g., conference rooms, workstations, breakrooms).

    • The tools and technology being used (e.g., laptops, whiteboards).

    • The type of activity happening (e.g., meetings, focused work, phone calls).

DORIS will combine all observations to provide a high-level view of workspace utilization and activities—never reporting on individual behaviors.

Thank you for contributing to this important initiative!

    Best regards,
