Purpose

Thank stakeholders for participating in the interviews and surveys, and to invite them to participate in Phase 2 data collection, Solutioning.

Phase 1 data collection (interviews, surveys, usability) has concluded.

Directions

The template below works well if the stakeholders from Phase 1, Challenge Defining, will be the same as those in Phase 2, Solutioning. If they are not, you will need to update the template to appropriately address the audience you need to reach. Once the comm is finalized, you can send it to the liaison for vetting and distribution.
