Create Challenge Defining Outline (Research Project)

Purpose

Creates the structure and overarching themes with supporting details that will make up the Challenge Defining document.

Directions

1. Open Challenge Defining Outline Template
2. Open notes from the synthesis meeting and any other document/resources that would inform the outline
3. The outline should organize the top 5-9 challenges that people are experiencing with organized sub-themes nested under.
4. The outline should begin to follow a narrative.
5. Once the first draft of the outline is created, all members of the Ops Team should review it and add supporting data (quotes and/or quantitative insights) as appropriate.
