Directions

1. The Ops Manager schedules this meeting in the research strategy meeting. 
2. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss, in detail, the initial insights that emerged from individual analysis and create the structure for the resulting document.
3. The research Lead Strategist conducts the meeting, asking questions and prompting discussion to prompt full externalization and critical consideration of top challenges in the stakeholders' experience and how the challenges relate.
