Purpose

Identify quantitative insights from participant responses.

Interdependencies

Prepare Survey Data is complete.

Directions
  1. Analyze importance/performance data:
    • Calculate the average answer for each question.
    • Conduct a paired t-test on each category's importance and performance ranges. Categories may have both an in-office performance set and a remote performance set.
    • Identify the p-value by dividing .05 by the number of categories.
    • Compare the t-test results to the p-value to identify statistically significant responses.
  2. Analyze additional quantitative data.
    • Depending on what questions are included in the survey, there may be additional insights in the data.
    • Many questions require comparing the average of each response to a multiple-choice question.
    • Consult with the statistician to identify if additional calculations must be run.
  3. Save the analyzed data to Box in the project's Challenge Defining folder.
